1. Eligibility for Returns:
You are eligible to initiate a return for seeds purchased from Breeders Collective Seed Bank within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the seeds must be in the same unopened and undamaged condition as they were received. We cannot accept returns for opened seed packs or seeds that have been tampered with.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
b. Package Your Seeds: Carefully package the seeds in their original, unopened condition along with all original packaging materials. Include a copy of your order receipt and the RA number on the package.
d. Ship the Package: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the returned items.
e. Notify Us: Once you have shipped the package, please notify our customer support team with the tracking number and any additional relevant information.
3. Inspection and Refund:
Upon receiving the returned package, we will inspect the seeds to ensure they are in the same unopened and undamaged condition as when you received them. If the returned seeds meet the required criteria, we will process your refund.
4. Refund or Exchange:
You have the option to choose between a refund or an exchange for the returned seeds. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Exchanges will be for the same seed variety, subject to availability.
5. Return Shipping Costs:
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the seeds to Breeders Collective Seed Bank, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
This Returns Policy applies only to seeds purchased directly from Breeders Collective Seed Bank. It does not cover items purchased from other retailers or distributors.
