Delivery Information

The following terms and conditions govern the shipping services provided by Breeders Collective Seed Bank. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

Order Processing and Dispatch:

a. Breeders Collective Seed Bank endeavors to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days from the date of order placement. This is subject to availability of products and successful payment verification.
b. Working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

International Shipping:

a. Breeders Collective Seed Bank proudly offers international shipping services to various destinations around the world.

b. Please note that for international orders, additional customs inspections, duties, taxes, and fees may be applicable as determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Shipping Methods:

a. We use reputable signed for/tracked shipping services to ensure the secure and reliable delivery of your order.

b. For UK parcels, we employ the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service, which is estimated to take 1 - 2 business days for delivery.

c. International parcels are sent using the International Track and Signed service, with an estimated delivery time of 5 - 15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any customs processes.

Shipping Costs:

UK delivery is shipped using Royal Mail 1st class recorded service, costing £3.99.
International delivery is shipped using Royal Mail International Track & Signed service, costing £10.99.

Order Tracking:

a. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information for your order.
b. The provided tracking details will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Responsibility:

a. While we strive to provide timely deliveries, Breeders Collective Seed Bank is not responsible for delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, natural disasters, transportation strikes, or other external factors beyond our control.

b. Please ensure that accurate and complete shipping information is provided when placing an order. We cannot be held liable for delays, losses, or misdirected shipments due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items:

a. If your package arrives with damaged or missing items, please notify us at info@breederscollective.com  within 7 days of delivery. We will work to promptly resolve the issue.

Modification of Shipping Terms:

a. Breeders Collective Seed Bank reserves the right to modify or update these shipping terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order with Breeders Collective Seed Bank, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these shipping terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from placing an order.
